Saturday the 28th of September 2024 is a major milestone in Ground & Water’s journey. The day sees our company complete its fifteenth year in business. And what a journey it has been! Over the next two weeks we will be celebrating as well as reflecting on how we got here. Watch this space!

The company was founded by two friends who met at university while studying for their Geology degrees. Following graduation and positions in consultancies as Geoenvironmental and Geotechnical Engineers; in mid September 2009 Dipalee Jukes and Francis Williams were sitting around their kitchen table over a glass of wine, discussing how they could create something better. A few days later, they entered a work marriage and Ground & Water was born.

As Ground & Water approaches its 15th [Crystal] Anniversary [see what we did in the header image] the directors and the team have been digging deep [excuse the obvious geological pun] to crystallise our thoughts on why we are here and to look back on the moments that shaped the company we are today.
